100% Remote yet you still feel supported by (and belonging to) a group of caring and very bright coworkers. For me the work is deeply meaningful because I see the impact we have on customers. You can also impact the company's processes and products (if you have a good idea) because it's a small company that trusts their employees.

Because it's a small team, you can't "hide" and not perform like you sometimes can in large corporations. If you're not interested in helping people, growing through challenge, and working hard, this company might not be your "thing"

- Feels like a close knit team, even though everyone works virtually. - TRULY care about their customers. - Opportunity to contribute and make an impact - Flat org (direct interaction with CEO and other leaders is very common)

- Leadership's passion to help customers is expected from everyone (not a con for me, but might be if you're just looking for a j-o-b)
