Rob's opinion is the only opinion that matters, praise is given very sparingly, lack of opportunties for development unless you are higher up. Overall, the most dysfunctional company I've ever worked for. They tend to quickly patch problems rather than fix them. People of all levels tend to shoot first and ask questions later.
