The benefits were very competitive. I worked with wonderful, smart people who were committed to the team's goals and objectives. The corporate culture was fun and playful when I first started several years ago.
Svantaggi
The executive team was and still is slow to react to industry changes and competition. The CEO plays favorites and does not have a focused long term vision. Agree with the person who wrote "perpetual layoffs". There were layoffs within 3 months of my start date and they continued for years, at least once a year.
