Great mid level and lower executive management teams while I was there. Smart people who want to achieve results but all kowtow to the CEO's whims

No one wants to work for or with the CEO. He seems to hear only what he wants to hear and his pulse on the industry is, imo, significantly off. The strategy is outdated and out of touch with reality. So much good money was thrown after bad that it's comical and should be an embarrassment.
