The best part of working at Realty Conversion is easily the environment. When I began, the company was smaller than what it is now, but the principles in the way that you're treated like family have stayed consistent. The fact that the other employees genuinely care about your success was the thing that allowed me to accelerate through the ranks of the company to my current role as a senior sales manager. The "family environment" is something that a lot of people tend to take very lightly, but Realty Conversion has become my family. I read a post once about culture not being a company keg, but a group of people you'd want to share a beer with and I think that's what sums up Realty Conversion for me. Getting to interact with so many individuals that are relentlessly passionate about reaching a common goal is what makes me know that I am truly at home, where I can grow and be a part of something amazing.

Guess they are out of business now? The pay did not reflect the work difficulty and how hard it was to confirm appointments during covid.
