      Buzz and his team were easy to work with. I managed renovation projects on homes and I enjoyed my time working for Rebuildex and gained a lot of practical experience.

      Sometimes the work load is a bit extreme for what you’re being paid per hour. It ebbs and flows.

      Good commission structure. Support staff is great and company vehicle provided. They do believe that they are the only ones doing it right

      Constant comings and goings. Awful staff meetings Not a place you would enjoy working at. Culture is all wrong. Constant tracking of every movement and no support from upper management despite them constantly saying how they do. There is more to support than ease of data entry. Company must have changed business model every few months during my years there. Never have your back.
