Not any at this point, constantly learning and absorbing from colleagues and senior staff (open door policy)
Like with all companies Recall Masters has issues but what I love about the company is they recongize the issues and work to resolve them. Recently they hired a new VP of HR who is one of the best additions ever. She is extremely talented and has made so many wonderful changes. The company also has hired new Performance Managers that understand the industry very well and client driven. The long standing employees have been the backbone for years and are experts in what they do. This is a awesome place to work. My husband was reassigned out of the country and I had to leave but I hope to work here again someday.
