RB talks big but hardly ever carries out the talk. Ridiculous timelines to just "get stuff on the shelf". Reformulation is almost guaranteed for every project. Getting promoted is sometimes a political game. You may end up in the same position for a long time doing the same thing if you don't try and push to get something else. Marketing gets moved around so often that you hardly ever start and finish a project with the same people. This makes things very frustrating and complicated when it comes to solidifying project concepts. Serious lack of ability to plan ahead for a brand unless it is one of the large brands they care about. Bonus structure is not great.
