During the holidays the company would give gift to employees for their performance and to increase moral and future performance. Pay was great and very competitive in the industry. Great leadership and effective evaluation of individual performance which led to people wanting to be employee of the month.

There can be a lot of red tape involve if your wanted to make improvements or changes to anything that affected the manufacturing process or engineering process. A whole lot of paperwork since there has to be records for all things done from mixing, tablet pressing, weighing materials, changing out engineering components, any calibration procedures done and other redundant work. Only saw a few people leave because of the red tape involve and lack of growth in some departments.
