Understaffed; managers are movers; too much work, not enough time; obligatory participation in parties (you have to drink, otherwise the day after you have “the talk” and are shamed for “little visibility”; no one prepares you how to do your tasks (at intern lvl) even, when you have no brand manager above you and have to do their, juniors and yours work; was working over 13h/day, also weekends; the staff is changing frequently; HR are bullies, laughing and pointing out people; toxic environment
