I worked for Recology for almost 2 years. Starting out, the company was great. Continued training, collaboration was encouraged and managers were supportive. We also got a wage reset the time I was there which was nice. Our benefits are awesome too.

While there are a lot of pros there are A LOT of cons. When operations finds you made a mistake, they named and shamed you in the public chat instead of emailing/messaging you. When they do find the mistake, it is absolutely the end of the world to them. On the flip side, there were some teammates still there that shouldn’t be because of how many mistakes they made and we paid the price. The last con is they (management) make promises they cannot keep.
