Recology has a great mission and works hard to promote it's mission throughout the communities it works in. Most of the company supports the companies goals and values and there are more employees with over 20 years of service than at any other company I've worked at. The company does a good job of rewarding employees for their hard work with competitive salary and benefits packages.

The longevity of current employees makes it difficult accept change. It's also difficult to cultivate new ideas without the prospective of new employees.
