Love my patients and my team. I work with an amazing group of people who support me and encourage my growth and wellness. Manager is empathetic and makes herself available with addressing questions and concerns. I've been with AHS, now Recovery Alberta, for over a decade and can't see myself working outside of psychiatry.

Svantaggi

Budget restrictions and cutbacks are going to be tough. Voices echoed by my colleagues is that we don't feel a part of the overall "team" approach that we once had before transitioning to Recovery Alberta which is very unfortunate and will impact the service we provide to our patients and stakeholders.

Pay is good. Great benefits. Flexible remote working arrangement. Front-line staff are **amazing**. There's a lot of people here who are really great to work with.

Leadership is slow to innovate, lack of visionary leadership, lack of follow-through, "endorsement" of a project basically means it gets a check mark but no real effort or support from leadership.I was the project manager on a health systems innovation project that had endorsement from the CEO, but this failed to translate into actionable support on the ground.
