      Management, money focused company, not client focused, they treat the richer self paying clients better than others, low pay also I constantly was scheduled night shifts, with my relief always coming late, I would get home around 12:30am and then I would be scheduled again at 7 am. I almost fell asleep driving to work one morning from lack of sleep. Boss got when I mentioned this to him.

      Culture can feel like it's more about the business than the clients. Long hours. No bonus or holiday pay. Have to take pto for sick days or doctor appointments
