My experiences at Recovery Worldwide have been overwhelmingly positive. I can't say enough about how great the culture here is; it is by far the best I have ever been a part of. The co-workers here are the best. Management really knows what they are doing, and they are genuinely committed to doing things the right way. The office is a really cool open-concept design that overlooks the heart of downtown Orlando. The traditional benefits are solid, and there are a whole lot of other perks that are hard to find in Orlando. Management knows how to identify and appreciate talent and dedication and will reward it. There is a genuine understanding of the need for a work life balance. The company is growing, and it looks like the future is bright.

This is a smaller company, so if you're looking for a bigger environment, this might not be right for you. From what I've seen, Recovery Worldwide Definitely promotes from within, but there are only so many positions open and the management team seems pretty stable. The office is located in downtown Orlando, so traffic can be a nightmare sometimes.
