The team was always open to ideas and opinions from everyone on the team.
I always found the space and liberty to try offbeat solutions for my tasks/assignments.
There's a lot of interaction and engagement with the core team and therefore a lot of learning opportunity.
There aren't specific roles that we were limited to and that really helped me explore my untapped potential, something that I would certainly miss out in a regular MNC.
