No Benefits, Bad Management, No Job Security, Little Advancement, Unrealistic Deadlines, Bad Communication, Sexism, Racism, Boring Repetitive Work, No Training, Management Doesn't Care About Employees. If I had a pay increase for ever time my job was threatened for not meeting unrealistic deadlines or having to explain what is it exactly that I do again or every time something sexist or racist went on just involving the boss or if I just counted how many employees come and go within a month, then I'd be a very wealthy man.
