Work autonomy is the norm here. It is helping in free thinking and coming up with more and more creative ideas. Micromanagement hasn’t happened at least in my case. This has led to employees behaving in a more responsible manner. Our equation with our superiors is working out nicely. We share a good rapport amongst the team mates. Altogether a healthy atmosphere.
