In a seasonal town, you have plenty of professional bartenders and servers who could work here.. however they only wanted to hire college kids, who aren't really trained for high-volume and this clientele.
After we closed and dropped our banks.. we each had to wait for everyone to be done.. because they'd make us stay for "after party" aka we'd sit around and it turned into a training lessons (because newbies) but they'd make us seasoned folks stay too..
