      Commission flexes on market. Some months better than others depending on regional events. Seasonal work. Hotter months are higher volume.

      Very very long hours. 12 hour plus. Pay at around 60 grand. Tons of back and forth. This job isn’t worth it. I can’t stress enough how long the days are with this place. It’s crazy. If it was hourly pay, maybe it would be worth it. You make the most money in training then it drastically drops off.
