      Management is very tied to Hq (austria), so somewhat of a glass ceiling if you want to get things done, change processes/offer new ideas etc. environment can be political at times and there’s too many cooks in the kitchen for projects

      No work life balance, mis-labeling of pay scale as commissions when is actually bonus structured. Have to earn the overtime you are forced to work.
