      Environment amongst coworkers is pretty good, you will receive better feedback and support from those who have been around. Benefits are fantastic. Use them, you will definitely need it.

      Support from management is not there. You are on your own. Very little coaching. Lots of stops and hours. You have the title manager even though you don't manage anyone. Sure you manage the sales aspect and business relationships, but that's it. It's really to get around paying you hourly.

      No work life balance, mis-labeling of pay scale as commissions when is actually bonus structured. Have to earn the overtime you are forced to work.
