At RB, you are just a number. Most in Middle management are terrible and thinks they are on a pedestal. Smarts, kindness & hard work won't get you anywhere. Politics, kiss-ups & and high turnover rate-across the board. Tenure matters here and the good ones always leave for new opportunities. They also treat bottom level and contract workers horribly. RB has a facade of a cool startup environment, but it is run by toxic corporate heads, who are careless about their employees and lives. Better off at Monster!
