The company has fantastic relationships with their technology partners so that we also benefit from the association with and support from the leading brands in the industry. We also have the pleasure of working with genuine experts in our company and their enthusiasm is infections.

Hard to think of any

There are some truly great people at Red Helix, especially those who were there from the beginning and genuinely care about the company and its values. The original culture had promise and a sense of unity.

Unfortunately, senior management has created a "them vs. us" culture that's becoming impossible to ignore. There's a clear divide between the two sales teams, and that tension is spreading into other areas of the business. It’s creating a toxic environment where collaboration and morale are taking a hit. Senior leadership needs to take responsibility for this and take a hard look in the mirror, the issues start at the top.
