5yThank you for taking the time to share your experience. I am sorry you have a negative perception of Red River. Our employee handbook is available on our intranet site. In the handbook, it lays out the policy with regards to internal department moves, including the requirement of having been “in your current position for at least 9 months and in good standing prior to moving to be eligible for transfer.” This policy allows for our employees to gain a good foundation of the company and their role prior to beginning to learn a new role. You mentioned age discrimination and that is not something we stand for at Red River.
