- Constant miscommunication among team members and management created inefficiencies and frustration. - Teams were very cliquey, making it difficult for new or less integrated members to feel welcomed or included. - Frequent changes in management led to instability and confusion about who was actually in charge. - Customers were often promised fixes for bugs that were unlikely to be patched, eroding trust. - The company relied on temporary, band-aid solutions instead of addressing issues properly, misleading customers into thinking problems were resolved. - Despite promoting Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI), there was no evidence of these values being practiced in the workplace culture.
