Red Setter is ambitious and caring and the most amazing place I could ask to work for my first job. Everyone who works here is extremely hard working and dedicated whilst also showing true care towards clients and fellow employees. Everyone is fair and kind, whilst also being remarkable at what they do.

I genuinely cannot think of anything negative about working here.

The people are fantastic and incredibly friendly. Annual abroad trips for team building and regular social outings. Generous annual leave & company benefits.

Although there are opportunities for promotion at the company, I personally hit a glass ceiling and it made sense to move on after two years, albeit very amicably.
