Good compensation at first but they modified the pay plan once you start hitting goal.

Real time phone coaching with a team leader live listening and barking suggestions to say on the fly while you are trying to listen and respond to the caller. Very frustrating. No margin for error with infractions for missing days even if it's health related. Very noisy and unprofessional environment.
