The way in which you are always being pulled off the phone to have someone ask you why you didn't sell a product each call also added to the stress of the job. They promise a lot to you upfront but don't deliver on it. It is all a numbers game, and they will fire you and scare you with tactics such as moving you to lesser positions if you are not perform as they see fit.
