Company isn't as "transparent" as they claim to be You can only go as far as your headset will let you Only 30 mins of break time over an 8hr shift - that includes time going to the bathroom Lunches are often cut short to only 30 mins You're not valued as an employee unless you've been there for years, and even then you're easily replaceable. Claim to have "uncapped commission" but they set up the compensation plan in such a way that it's nearly impossible to make the money you need. No desire to move up in the company, Performance Managers get paid less than agents do in most months.
