I'm surrounded by a lot of very smart people here and I love that there's always someone here who knows more than I do and that I can learn from.

You can't be a pushover as a developer here, it's expected that you'll communicate your own capacity and ideas to your team if something needs to be done. You also have to self-manage and prioritize your own workload effectively. If you can't do these things you may find it stressful here.
