I'm not going to lie. Yes it is phone sales. But it's a company unlike any other. Rather than hiring you and throwing you on the phones and hoping for the best, they give you all the training and offer all the support you need to succeed. They personally invest time in each and every employee to make sure you are doing your best. The atmosphere is amazing and there are tons of cool incentives to motivate you.
