Nice building. Period. They are a marketing company and they do a good job presenting themselves as a company your would want to work for....you have to give them that!

The "smoke & mirrors" is the building, amenities, and propaganda that make Red Ventures look like a great place to work. The reality is a company that truly does not value their employees: Some examples: 1. Low pay 2. Ask to go to the bathroom like in grade school 3. You could be a sales superstar for years- have one bad month and YOUR FIRED! 4. Upper management is arrogant, a slave to metrics, and has no real vision or ethics. 5. Look at the companies they represent- (Satellite internet? Haha.) I admit it- I "drank the kool-aid" they fooled me by their marketing propaganda. I truly believed I was getting into a good company and I ignored the warning signs and other things I heard from other people who had previously worked here. I thought "I will be different" they weren't good sales people or they are just bitter. BELIEVE ME- You do not want to work for this company.
