Experiance the best at redblink, join to experiance thats all i can say. No words . its like a home to me and i have never seen such a vibrant and warm atmosphere at any IT company atleast not in TRICITY, i have been working in MNCs at banglore, delhi and i should say that the work culture there is pathetic it seems good from outside only. ----------------- It has been seen that some 1 star negetive reviews have been posted by a FIRED EX EMPLOYEE [already identified] , it appears to contain false, defamatory, and misleading statements posted with the apparent intention of damaging the reputation of RedBlink and its leadership. Steady paycheck (if you can stomach the circus) You will move ahead only if you know the bootlicking techniques.

If you value yourself, don’t join Redblink. Management is shockingly incompetent, decisions feel random, accountability is non-existent, and obvious problems are swept under the rug while they pretend everything’s perfect. Promotions and sweet tasks go to the boss’s favorites, not to people who actually deliver; merit here is a joke. The office culture rewards brown-nosing and career-polishing theatrics, honest work gets ignored while performers get applauded. Expect micromanagement one day and radio silence the next; leadership changes priorities like they change socks. Feedback is either weaponized or ignored, and any attempt to speak up gets you labeled “difficult.” The place smells of toxicity and sycophancy; talented people leave, and the ones who stay learn to flatter their way forward. there are better, less theatrical companies out there.
