No words . its like a home to me and i have never seen such a vibrant and warm atmosphere at any IT company atleast not in TRICITY, i have been working in MNCs at banglore, delhi and i should say that the work culture there is pathetic it seems good from outside only. ----------------- It has been seen that some 1 star negetive reviews have been posted by a FIRED EX EMPLOYEE [already identified] , it appears to contain false, defamatory, and misleading statements posted with the apparent intention of damaging the reputation of RedBlink and its leadership. Feedback is either weaponized or ignored, and any attempt to speak up gets you labeled “difficult.” The place smells of toxicity and sycophancy; talented people leave, and the ones who stay learn to flatter their way forward. there are better, less theatrical companies out there.
