RedMark has been my favorite place that I have ever worked. I had an amazing opportunity to work directly with Tricia for a number of clients. She made sure I was comfortable with all the projects I was assigned. We had weekly reviews that allowed us to address and resolve any concerns I had or any projects that I wanted to work on. I am so grateful for this internship and I am proud of the projects I completed.

I did not experience any downsides.

I worked here part-time for 10 hours/week while I was a full-time student. They were very flexible about work hours for part-time intern. As someone who is super interested in marketing and startups, this role was perfect. Tricia was great about tailoring the internship to what I was interested in learning more about and she was really good about communicating and giving performance and expectations feedback. The work is very hands-on since you actually get to work with real clients and doesn't seem like busy work.

Internship program was new and a little unstructured, which was fine for me, but might not work for other interns.
