- company makes excuses when workload becomes unbalanced - expects to run with bare minimum and expect same results - doesnt take into account that people have lives to live - new managers “get stuck with the closing shifts” untrue only GM gets opening shifts and they won’t tell you that when you’re hired and will often work more than 10 hours per day - work every holiday (except Christmas) with no incentive or benefit - stay open 1 hour after closing for members - hypocrisy
