• The strangest way I have ever encountered to call subordinates to office which is a WhatsApp text or by yelling.-and it is doomsday if I am busy and did not see my WhastApp notification- • Yelling and kicking the team out of the office if any problem arises. • Always blaming the team for any problem. • I was asked never to think again and do not offer your opinion which was very insulting and lacks professionalism even if I was wrong. • There was no printing nor scanning machine, instead there was a printer which consumed time for both tasks, there was no tissues, toilet paper nor soap in the office, and the big toilet was for the management and the small one was for the rest of us. • No mentoring nor coaching and obviously no ability to hear what we have to say which directly impacted the vision towards the market. • No clear business plan nor model and inconsistent decisions communicated to us. • Not giving us any authority to negotiate with any client. • Not communicating any information. • Not respecting the clients as they were called donkeys, stupid, primitives and the insults escalated to that they can shove something up in their a**.-of course that was between us and not told to any client-
