Management and co-workers are the best around. It's a collaborative and supportive environment with smart and fun people. The culture is allows for a lot of interaction with co-workers and exchange of ideas. Projects are interesting and always contain a lot of learning opportunities. Plus, the customers are great. There's a lot of repeat business which tells me the customers are happy. The owners and Delivery Director have everyone's backs and promote that within the group.

It sometimes takes longer to complete projects than anticipated, which can be stressful. That, too, is a learning experience and not all bad.
