Reejig is a great place to be if you want to learn a lot and advance your skills really quickly. The product is doing some incredible things that are going to change the work tech industry. It's a category creator and the working here feels like it's going to be the 'next big thing'. From day one, I felt welcomed and valued as a member of the team. The company is the type of place where every employee is truly making a difference. Work-life balance and integration are really good here. Because the company is remote-first and global, people are really good at working across time zones. I'm able to be really involved in my family and have a lot of fun outside of work. So, I'm always excited to get back to work and when I'm on, I want to put in 110%.

Because it's a mission-driven company it's easy to get really excited about working at Reejig! But being at an early-stage company is hard work. The impact of your hard work will be seen and felt all of the time. It is very rewarding. And if you're not working hard, that will be seen and felt, too. There are so many high-energy people so committed to the mission of the organization, it's not really a company where it's really noticeable if you aren't giving it your all. To feel happy and be successful, I think you need to be ready (and enthusiastic about it) to roll up your sleeves. That sort of culture and speed isn't for everyone.
