They are offering a full time position for 3$/hour !!! 3$ !! They are based in US and they get paid very well from their customers, they hire people from overseas to save money they don't pay your taxes and they don't offer health insurance, which is totally fine but 3$/ hour is actually a slavery wage especially when it's offered by a US based company. Don't even think about applying for a job with them.

It's a great company with a lot of opportunity for growth. Plus, the people who work here especially the Team leaders who really love their job, and that's important to me. The company really care about its employees as well and providing a great working environment.

They pay on time. When you hit the targets everyone is happy with you.

They can cut your pay at any time for any reason. I don't really know the CEO, but I'm put off by his personality. You can get fired via a Slack text... The leads I received were very poor and exhausted. I don't know anyone who earns a stable basic salary at this company. Everyone I knew, including managers, received performance-based pay. There's no work-life balance. Sometimes they'd ask you to make over 400 calls per day using their archaic dialler
