Most people who work there are incredibly friendly, good company initiatives (sustainability and community), some senior management are good but are powerless to help

Almost corrupt running of the company by senior management, friends and relatives are hired over skilled people. Questionable activities are looked over by HR such as staff bullying and gossiping. Awful attitudes towards female members of staff who become mothers and want to adjust working hours, awful attitudes towards mental health concerns. No real career progression Staff morale low
