There was a significant lack of professionalism by both floor staff and management. -Minimum wage -Hours were very unpredictable and expect to be sent home early approximately a third of your scheduled shifts -Focused heavily on up-selling, up-sizing, and suggestive selling items in concessions. Managers obsessed over blind checkers and took little consideration of the customers being bombarded with questions at checkout. Customers were easily irritated at concessions not only by the annoying questions but also the extremely high prices of mediocre food.
