      Other Lab Techs were very nice to work with The facility was very high quality. A lot of good lab equipment that they didn't understand how to use.

      Bad pay very sketchy environment. The only Scientist with a Ph.D. quit while I was there because they were breaking the law. Constantly bending the rules They sell products with different concentrations and are constantly breaking the rules. As a lab tech, you can go to jail for violating the FDA regulations, not management they know that and ask you do to the work anyway.

      I thought getting to learn the processing of the products would be a huge pro, but boy was I wrong.

      They do not want you to follow SOP. They expect you to water down the product and make 4x the amount you would. They are only here to make millions and have no care for patient safety or have any integrity.
