Healthcare but due to normalized toxic turnover, you're not going to get it.

My experience was nothing short of a masterclass in incompetence and a shocking abdication of leadership. The GAAP practices I observed were, to be blunt, abysmal. Financial record-keeping was a chaotic mess, internal controls were virtually nonexistent, and the complete disregard for proper accounting procedures would make any auditor cringe. It felt less like a structured accounting function and more like a daily scramble to paper over glaring deficiencies. There was a profound lack of guidance and a disturbing indifference to fundamental financial accuracy. Beyond the numbers, the work environment was toxic. This company's treatment of its employees should be a case study in what to avoid. The air was thick with gaslighting and blatant untruths, creating an atmosphere of constant tension. I witnessed instances where the CEO would openly berate staff for trivial matters, like arriving "a single minute over" their scheduled time, demonstrating an astonishing lack of trust and disproportionate reactions. Even more disturbing were the instances where the General Manager seemed to target Black employees if they were perceived to "step out of line." Furthermore, consider their public image. Regency Outdoor Advertising's reputation is in the gutter, and rightly so. The longer you associate yourself with Regency or KBS Holdco, the harder it will undoubtedly be to secure reputable employment within the advertising industry, particularly in any role requiring financial acumen or ethical conduct. This isn't just about a bad job; it's about potentially damaging your future career prospects before they even begin. But don't just take my word for it. Do your due diligence.
