      awful work life balance; management has little to no training; have the attitude that you are just a number and I was actually told that I am expected to leave in 2 years whether I go to another department or another company; we have to get as much work out of you as we can. Attitude to push work through without being thorough.

      Good pay and benefits. Flexibility of work hours.

      If you're in the wrong group, it's a struggle to get autonomy even when you ask for more oversight of a group or project because micromanaging is an issue. I feel trapped where I am and growth has been stagnant. They also hold a mistake against you for years. Management afraid to give constructive criticism.
