Harsh dysfunctional culture. Either comply or you are shown the door. Dated & convoluted quality systems. Terrible management lacking empathy, supported by a tier of overly eager yes-men/women. Work overload. Don't expect any kind of work-life balance as working long hours is really the norm. Giving feedback is a one-way process e.g. annual appraisals reserved only for the managers. Politics and showing face prevail over hard work & common sense. Promotions handed to the wrong people, who always happen to be close to the management and not based on merit. Overall lack of experience leads to constant reworks and firefighting, as the majority of the workforce consists of inexperienced personnel, hired straight out of college. Depressed employees, managed through tactics of fear and intimidation. In general if personal and professional growth is your concern, you'd be better off looking elsewhere.
