The management wants you to do much more than industry standard and it's hard to have time to go through things carefully. As a result it pushes people to move elsewhere and the turnover is very high. So every one is relatively new. That makes things worse since no one was there when the study discussions first began. Also HR benefits are very bland. There's nothing much other than the typical insurance stuff and the 401k match is in company stocks vested over 4 years.
