The onboarding is well thought out and the process of signing up for benefits makes good sense. It is very clear Regions has invested a great deal of time, money and effort into their training program for new hires. The resources are of relatively good quality and are generally easy to find and follow. The interactive live trainings are great.

The Training Program-I found it to be very disorganized, Many of the course modules are in a nomadic order, preventing new hires from building their knowledge base in a congruent manner. The expected time for of completion many of the lessons was significantly under estimated, potentially making the employee unnecessarily anxious. A number of the modules are so long it is nearly impossible to successfully complete the end of course assessments and retain the information.
