      Fair and consistent local management. Better than average compensation and benefits. Overall, great people to work with. Objective processes, policies, procedures. Ethical practices.

      Financial strength is of concern. Executive management seems to have little frame of reference - many have worked for the company 15, 20, 25+ years. Mid-level executives seems to be struggling with the tough times, and that desperation to meet unrealistic goals trickles down to line employees who feel contstantly "pounded on." Could do better with career development programs.

      The Culture, the people, the atmosphere are OUTSTANDING- there really is a feeling of camaraderie and "can do" attitude in every person I've met here.

      None so far, if anything, perhaps a tendency to plan a bit too ambitiously- but it definitely seems to steer the ship in the right direction.

      HR is easily accessible. Some managers may be on your behind about work even though there are easier methods. Some managers with criticize you in front of other employees.

      We have to use five of our vacation days consecutively so they can audit us. We aren’t assigned Saturday shifts close to our home, so some people have to drive farther for 3 hours of work (no mileage). Managers are hit or miss. PE can be affected by location, so try to get a good location.
